The Arizona Department of Gaming announced it will be accepting new applications for two new sports betting license holders. The state currently has 16 live sports betting licenses, and can have a maximum of 20 live licenses.

The department is allocating one license for an Arizona sports franchise and one license for an Arizona Tribe.

Two New Licenses Available

Qualified applicants will be notified by no later than Aug. 2.
